How big an area can it clean? (How far does the hose stretch?)
The vac can cover about a 2,000 sq. ft. area. The actual amount of area covered depends on the placement of the vac and your floor plan. The hose stretches 45 feet.

You can easily "hide" the Genie in a closet or utility room — out of sight but not out of the way.

Is there piping involved?
Yes, the Hose Genie requires piping but very few hose-stations are involved - this tends to decrease the cost of installation.
How much does it weigh?
Less than 5 lbs - handle plus accessories

Yes the Home Cleaning Center does up to 2500 sq. ft. Vac Magic and Hose Genie - up to 10,000 sq. ft.
What are the Electrical Requirements?
Hose Genie must be wired with the use of a Ground Fault Breaker or GFI receptacle to comply with electrical code requirements.
