How much do replacement parts cost? What do I have to replace myself?

The hose is plugged, what do I do?
Turn the vacuum on and place your hand over the suction end of the handle and move in rapid succession making the hose expand and contract. This should squeeze the clog and allow it to pass through the hose. This should open the clog, if not you will have to get an electricians' snake to run through the hose.

One Year Parts and Labor, additional 2 yrs on Parts, Lifetime on Metal Parts
How often will I have to change bags?
It really depends on how often you vacuum, how big the area you are covering, if you have any pets. The median time is every 4-6 weeks.
How often should I wax the hose?
Wax it quarterly, and please only use Pledge Brand polish (any scent). Anything else may degrade your hose.
